Easy to order what I wanted online. Went to collect and realised I'd over estimated the carrying capacity of my car. Went back to the counter and organised delivery instead. Team at Exmouth very understanding and helpful.

Easy to use app. Best price beating other local merchants by a good 20% and even had a 5% off code online.
Click and collect ready in an hour.
In the Exmouth shop they acknowledged the transaction and gave me a slip to give to the yardlads.
A couple of minute wait due to both already serving but within 5 minutes timber on my roof rack driving away.
Easy, competitive and painless.

From the moment we spoke to staff in…
From the moment we spoke to staff in store to delivery we were dealt with in a polite and professional manner with advice given as requested. Whilst we visited the store the order was placed online so that we could use Top Cashback. The order was followed up by telephone on the following day. On the day of delivery we received regular updates about time slots and the delivery itself was carried out by staff who seemed friendly and professional.

Small order for small diy project but delivered next working day from nearest branch. Good quality products at reasonable prices with free local delivery. Actual online product not stocked at local branch but an early call offering upgrade at the original price was more than acceptable.

As a DIYer I was unsure about Bradfords but they couldn’t have been more helpful. Then they called to arrange a convenient delivery time the delivery driver dropped off the sleepers perfectly positioned.
