Great customer service I messed up…
Great customer service I messed up online order and they sorted it out. They are certainly a customer driven business and to top it all the product and price was about the best I could find

Ordered online, supposedly over100 in-stock, went to pick item up, but turns out none in stock!!
Situation was rectified swiftly, and picked up item next day, so with covid making items scarce, can't complain.
Only observation is possibly best to keep computer system more up to date with available stock

Placed order online Wednesday and delivered as promised on following Monday. Also received a text on day of delivery with approximate delivery time.

Ordered post support spikes from local branch
Ordered post support spikes from local store and the helpful person at reception came out and sorted the spikes for me and I was on my way. Luckily they were quite being Easter and closing in half an hour at 2 that day.

Ordering by phone easier than on-line.
Ordering on-line can have some quirks but by telephone ordering is very good. Prompt response, pleasant manner, product advice where needed.
