Ordered 27no 2.4x1.2 TE knauf…
Ordered 27no 2.4x1.2 TE knauf plasterboard sheets. 7 boards with significant damage to ends. Driver pointed out the damage and offered to take them back but accepted them due to time scale. The damage looked like it happened at the yard and not on the truck. Second delivery from bradfords same result. Disappointed

Click and collect
Click and collect? I ordered and paid for a steel beam online. Went to the depot warehouse to collect in normal fashion but was told to go into sales office first to get an order note. Then went back to warehouse to collect beam. Then I was informed that I had to take the signed bit of paper back into the sales office to get a receipt. As usual they couldn’t find my account number and I don’t seem to be getting any discount. I thought click and collect would make the whole process quicker! What a shambles.

Great service from start to finish
Great service from start to finish from the Newton Abbot branch. Placed order online and received a phone call to arrange a convenient time for delivery and were very accommodating with a time slot to suit in with me. Bart the delivery driver was extremely helpful. Overall extremely happy with the service.
