I ordered some decking lengths online…
I ordered some decking lengths online for click and collect. I received a call to say they were ready. Unfortunately as they were loading them into my car it was advised that they were unsafe to drive with as they were so long. The staff were amazing and rectified this my delivering them to me the same day. They went above and beyond to help me. Great customer service from start to finish. Thank you.

Excellent website and great delivery advice, the only reason for 4 stars is that the delivery didn't arrive on the day and no message was sent regarding re- delivery, I had to chase them. All good on arrival with a polite and cheerful driver. I would definitely use Bradford's again

Friendly knowledgeable staff
Friendly knowledgeable staff, reasonable prices and had what I needed in stock. It’s nice to go to a builders merchants that isn’t stuffy towards DIY.

The delivery person carried the slabs…
The delivery person carried the slabs up our rather steep driveway without complaint or difficulty. He was great. Delivery was on time and the whole process from placing the order thro to and including delivery, was excellent. Thank you.

I was looking for charcoal block
I was looking for charcoal block, cement sand and colourant. Bradford came up with the right price and free delivery. The only problem I encountered was with their website. Although I'm 9nly 20 minutes from my nearest depot in Newton Abbot, it said outside delivery area pick up only. A quick phone call and it was sorted, but Bradley's need to sort this error out on their website as they could loose a lot of business.
