Top rate customer service
The website was showing that a bulk bag of pipe bedding was out of stock from my nearest branch and that the next nearest couldn't deliver. I rang my local store and someone answered who couldn't help (from the plumbing section). He took all my details and within a few minutes a colleague of theirs phoned me back. She took my order and processed it all for delivery. Very impressed with the service. No nonsense

Customer service at its best
The lady I dealt with at the Plymstock branch was very helpful. I did query why I couldn’t have a 400k bulk bag of chippings but apparently it was company policy.
The delivery driver was excellent.
When I ordered another batch of chippings on line I had cause to contact HO (Yeovil?) Again a gent called Sam was very helpful as well

Very nice delivery person but delivery time changed.
Very nice delivery person. Unfortunately my delivery was changed by email to 7-9am which I was not able to contact Bradfords about, as the email arrived teatime on Friday after closing time. I tried ringing on Saturday morning but nobody answered the phone. I pressed 1 to leave a message but it did not work. Tried 3 times.
As my delivery was on Monday, I had no choice but to be up at the time they set, which was not the time I had agreed( when Bradfords rang me to agree a time the day after I placed the order on the previous Wednesday.)
On the paper the driver handed me it said PM.
Not very happy as they should have phoned me if it was going to be changed. Not good customer service.
UPDATE:
This has now been resolved by Ben at my local plymouth branch. Many thanks for your prompt phone call and understanding manner. Restored my faith in this company. I am amending the feedback stars due to the good resolution. Thankyou Ben. Will now shop at Bradfords again🙂
