Made easy work delivering at a difficult location.
Although our house is on a busy street with a steep slope the delivery of two large 500ltr bulk bags of wood chippings was no problem. The driver ensured the bags were placed as close as possible to where we wanted.

Service could not have been better
Ordered product which was urgently needed. Had email and phone call to say it was ready for collection. Staff member almost had it in his hand when I walked in. Service could not have been better

I was really impressed with the customer service I received at the Bradleys warehouse today. upon parking I was greeted by a very helpful and polite chap called Morgan. I needed two sheets of plywood which by only inches wouldn't fit into my van. This is not usually a service they offer, however Morgan happily cut the wood for me. This was not an easy task with a hand saw, but I could tell he wanted to ensure to offer a good service. Being a female sometimes going into these types of business where you've no idea what you are asking for can be a little intimidating. I was instantly made to feel welcomed and in good hands. Thank you! Every business should have a Morgan!

Morgan in particular was outstanding…
Morgan in particular was outstanding and went above and beyond to help us. Nothing was to big of a task for Morgan and even though our request was 'abnormal' he excelled in making sure we left a happy customer. When we entered the store we were greeted and offered help and pointed exactly to where the product we needed was and was given clear pros and cons for all options in relation to what we needed the product for.

Amazing fast delivery.
I was astonished at the speed of deivery !
During a special promotion, which offered free delivery on all purchases for a specified time period, I decided to go ahead and order my item one evening. It was then delivered the next morning ! Also, the driver was realy cheerful and friendly. The whole experience made me feel happy for the rest of the day !

Next day delivery failed. Took over 48 hours for a little bag of grout to arrive. Should have collected it.
