Bradfords Plymouth…
I have bought very long lengths of Tantalized Timber and various thicknesses of Plywood from Bradfords Plymouth on many occasions for my Motorhome. The previous timber was rotten because the motorhome was leaking due to the degrading sealant. The service I have received from Bradfords is first class every time, with fantastic communication via email and telephone regarding delivery of products. Delivery is always on time and delivery staff are always very friendly. They go above and beyond their delivery job by helping me move the sheets of plywood inside to protect against the weather. I highly recommend Bradfords for all types of timber.

Poor communication, delayed delivery.
Please note, I rarely leave poor reviews as I'm normally quite easy going.
Order confirmation clearly says
" Branch Delivery products are typically delivered within 2 - 3 working days. Once you submit your order, you will be contacted by your local branch to arrange a specific date and time that works for you."
I was not contacted.
Had to chase them up after a week, as I hadn't heard anything and the website said my account was being processed? Received an email saying I world be connected and then received a phone call message saying it will be delivered tomorrow. No time etc. Have since received a text saying it will be delivered today but some products are on back order. When I got home they had both been delivered.
It was only 2 bulk bags so only a small order, but it would have been nice to have had some communication saying when it would be delivered.
