These railway sleepers are exceptional !
These railway sleepers are exceptional quality . I am using them for the edging of a raised patio and they look superb - although still a long way to go before I finish the job yet !

Customer service is just weird…
Customer service is just weird (Plymstock branch) and rude! Staff chatting and ignoring customers and acting like they can't be bothered. But I will add that the young lad who brought my order to my van with the forklift was polite and friendly. Overall, someone needs to have a staff 'shake-up' here - it's really letting your business down!

Fastest delivery in history
I’m in absolute shock. I placed my order at about midnight on the Wednesday night and it said delivery in 1-2 days and thinking I had Friday off I’d be home to take delivery so was utterly shocked when I got the message early Thursday morning to say my fence panels would be with me in a few hours. The speed of the delivery was unbelievable. Well done Bradfords totally amazing

Very Efficient
The order for topsoil was placed on the Sunday and delivered the next day Monday. I thought them very efficient.
The driver was also very helpful when delivering the soil.

Very happy with customer service on my purchases.
Very happy with customer service on this purchase, though one parcel (two bags) yet to be delivered. The delivery service was very good; delivery truck driver was excellent and really helpful. However, prior warning of delivery date (and if possible, approximate delivery time, eg, AM or PM), would help immensely. For instance, I had an unexpected 'early' delivery, which would have been highly appreciated, except that I did not receive prior warning, either on line or by phone; and consequently, I missed the delivery and had to wait a whole week for redelivery; at time of ordering, the promised delivery time was 2-3 days. When I did call to inquire about my delivery, I found the customer service very courteous and helpful.
Based on my overall experience with the company to date, I have been very satisfied with Bradfords Building Supplies customer service.

Absolutely disgusting
Absolutely disgusting , bought top soil, they call it bulk bags , they are the price of a ton, and on its arrival it was in 1 ton bags , BUT half filled making that half a ton. It just felt like daylight robbery.will never shop there again . To add insult to injury there were advertising free delivery over £100. The bill was £140 but no free delivery.
