Should be called click and not collect
I used click and collect but when I got to Bradfords I was told what I had ordered was out of stock. The assistant was very pleasant and cheery and the 2 stars are for him. No stars for not having what I wanted when click and collect had indicated it was available. More like click and why did I bother.

Excellent service from a friendly team.
Excellent service from what seems to be a great team at Redruth branch, social distancing was well organised, queueing times were good. After loading, before entering the store, there is good handwashing facilities and the counter staff were fast and efficient. Bradford's were the only place locally able to supply postcrete, living in Truro it wasn't a store I would normally use, but I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.
