Ordering online was easy. They called me to check on delivery, access, etc. Delivery was on time and the guys that unloaded were professional and very friendly. The timber I ordered is good quality. Happy customer!

Great service quick and easy
Great service quick and easy, got updated by email when order was on its way with a time slot. Driver called when he was half hour away, driver was great unloaded order were I wanted it, very polite. 10 out 10 from me. Keep up the good work.

Had a voicemail left after I missed a…
Had a voicemail left after I missed a call from Bradfords to tell me which day my timber was being delivered.
I called back and spoke to Carl who was friendly and helpful.
I was due to work on the day but they confirmed it could be dropped on the drive and this is what happened.
I had miscalculated the length of posts I needed and had to quickly buy 10ft posts. Bradfords has a sale on and delivered quickly which has sorted the problem and I'd definitely use them again.
The posts are all of good quality too

Everything was fine with the products I ordered, the only thing that was not so good was that I only got one hour notice in advance of delivery so had to rush home to receive delivery.

Poor customer service response in yard on Various occasion
I ordered cement on line and arrived to collect. Various staff were around but no one acknowledged me. After about 5 mins a guy asked could he help. I explained what I was there for and he advised that my order had not yet reached them and so I needed to go to the office. Ok, it had only been about half hour since I had ordered and so fair enough.
On returning from the office the guy I had seen had moved off with another customer and so then went through the waiting and ignoring process for about another 5 mins before I got the attention of a lad who helped me.
This repeats similar experience that I have had on a number of occasions ( at least 4) at this yard.
I usually use Hales who are very helpful and always friendly and polite but Bradfords in Ross is much closer for me.
I wish the leadership of Bradford’s would teach and encourage their teams in basic customer service. It really matters in todays world and costs nothing.
Try observing Screwfix or toolstation processes and staff. A world apart!
