When placing the order I requested that…
When placing the order I requested that the delivery was needed early in the morning of the agreed delivery date.
The delivery was made at 1.30 after a phone call to the Ross depot asking where the delivery was. In conversation with depot I was informed that there weren’t any ‘time’ instructions.

Delivery booked for the morning didnt…
Delivery booked for the morning didnt arrive until 2pm the Ballast for mixing concrete had very little sand content so not very good had to go and buy sand as well

Great service right from the start
I ordered online and the website was well designed and easy to Navigate, I also wasn't forced to have an account like some other builders merchants. The staff at my local branch that I dealt with were friendly and unpatronising (something that isn't always that common in a builders merchants from my experience). The delivery driver happily unloaded the pallets over the wall exactly where I wanted. Can't complain at all!

Left to carry in myself
Delivery was to the end of my drive, where previously it was carried in to my house.
Was told I should have asked for a van!
Would've been better if the driver had offered to help or take the order back and redeliver...I live with 200 metres of the depot!

I was very pleased to have a delivery…
I was very pleased to have a delivery of sand given the road closure between Ross on Wye and my work site meant a long detour.
The telephone call to confirm the booking was great.
The delivery was left where requested but the bags of sand were clearly “dumped” in that location as I found them folded over and one had a rip up the side. So overall a good experience tainted at the last.

perfect delivery service
Have to say, quick, easy web-site, service and items delivered on time. ordered two bulk bags and some concrete edging for a path.
Got a call same day of order to confirm delivery date and received text on delivery day with time window.
Only negative, wish some of pictures on website were bigger, so you can see detail more clearly.
