Totally poor - website poor
Totally poor
So I ordered different size lengths of timber which in the website I can do.
So I made sure that there was no cutting or very little with what I need to do at home.
It was delivered yesterday, turns out that they do not do the sizes I want and it is all done on meter....if this was the case why would you have a website that you can select different sizes 😂.
I was going to get some flooring from Bradford's but now hearing this, I may go elsewhere.

Delivery driver was sound. I had to go out for 30 mins (of course they delivered whilst I was out!! 😂🤦🏼♂️). He repositioned other bags on my drive to make space… and to not block my skip n car. Initiative! Friendly chap. Thanks 👍🏻

Fast & first rate customer service!!
My order was delivered within a couple of days of my order.
The driver called me when they arrived at my address and asked where I wanted the delivery dropped. Nothing appeared too much trouble.
I would defiantly order without hesitation again!!

Used Bradford’s Ross-on-Wye to supply materials for a bedroom extension. Despite post Brexit/Covid supply chain concerns everything was supplied when we needed it. Some minor issues on specialist items like powered skylights & bathroom fittings but overall a good experience. Accounts team were also helpful.
