Great service from a great team!
Received a very positive experience at every touchpoint with the Ross on Wye team. Communication from ordering through to delivery was great.
They even called me on the day of delivery to mention that what I had ordered was on the quality they expect to sell so offered an alternative to ensure my project wasn't delayed.

Exactly as ordered, but order was late on Weds night and not received until Tuesday mid-day-ish, so delivery not very good. This was the fourth working day after the order was received not the two-three suggested.

Parts missing no pre warning
Delivery note said all parts present, order said all parts delivered.
But was missing 3 post caps, had to call the branch. No one answered the phone for 7.5 minutes.

No notice of delivery at all
No notice of delivery at all, came home from work to delivery being left at the front of my front garden on full view. I have open access to the side and back of the house where. So after a long day at work I had to lug 5 fence panels, 5 posts and 5 bags of postcrete to a more secure location. Will not be using again

Depot contacted me to arrange a delivery date
On day of delivery was contacted with time slot and driver arrived within 30mins of time and was very helpful.
