Difficult delivery
Delivery of the bulk order proved challenging, but they managed on the third attempt. Always helpful. A text saying delivery possibly at 07.00 was not great and first attempt at 07.50 was challenging.

Expensive and always a hassle.
Expensive, have to haggle and even then it’s often cheaper elsewhere. I use them if in a convenient location. Feel the one man band customer is not valued at all and it’s too much effort to serve me sometimes. Some of the team are excellent but sadly not all.
