Good delivery and excellent product. Purchased oak sleepers and some loam soil. Sleepers were of a good quality except for one which was replaced the next day.

Ordered easily online and the discount code worked with no problems. I was phoned the next working day to collect and a staff member wheeled the trolley to my car and loaded the goods into the boot. Brilliant service, thank you very much.

Highly recommend
Good products at reasonable prices. Easy to find what you are looking for on the website. Steve at the local depot called to arrange a convenient delivery day and he also kept me informed on the day. Overall a great service as usual.

I have found over the years how good a company is by the way it deals with problems that arise from time to time. I had a small problem with the quality of a delivery which I raised with customer services. The problem was resolved with no fuss at the local branch in Sherborne to my complete satisfaction. Online ordering and delivery needs improvement
Fulfilment of online orders is madness. What should have been a next day free delivery of an online order took a week, as your systems insisted on trying to procure the full order roofing sheets from the nearest store, as opposed to store another 2.5 miles away, instead preferring to transfer the shortfall from the further store to the nearer store for onward delivery, rather than just delivering direct from the store that clearly had stock, albeit an extra 2.5 miles away. Madness, not eco-friendly and took a week. New time I might as well drive and collect it myself. Delivery was also a mess and automated systems delivered incorrect SMS messages and timing and drive could not find the delivery address. So not good I'm afraid. Not a reflection on the charming staff at the Sherborne branch but on the online systems.
