Ordered two bags of ready mixed mortar and was able to collect within half an hour. Very cheerful service from Verwood depot and goods were even carried out to boot of car. Excellent service, thank you.

Lack of signage & long wait
First order. Website easy to use to purchase products. Arrived at Verwood depot to collect order. No signs to show customers where to do this. Only one person on the desk so long wait to be seen as short staffed. Had to then drive into the yard to collect blocks. Yard man busy but very helpful. Not the best experience but ok.
