Great Delivery
The ordering process was straightforward. I then had a phone call to advise me when my delivery would take place. But what made this order exceptional was the delivery driver. He was on his own and his vehicle did not have a crane, so unloading by hand was necessary. He asked where I wanted my stuff - paving slabs, sand and concrete. When I said that ideally I would like it in my back garden, he was quite happy to carry it all from the roadside through to the back garden. He was courtious, friendly and cheerful throughout. Just brilliant.

Click and Collect
I placed an order via click and collect at 10.50. As this was advertised as a 1 hour service I was surprised to not have any notifications my order was ready by 1600.Resorting to contacting customer services by email I was informed my order was indeed ready. To me the whole idea of click and collect is to save time. Not wasting a day waiting for confirmation my order was ready.

I called into the store to collect some…
I called into the store to collect some items and order a garden arch from your supplier. This caused a little confusion until the back office were contacted. I was then informed I had to order on line. I returned home to order the item which arrived within the lead time. I didn’t notice an online only instruction. If I missed fine, but if there wasn’t one it would save wasted time.

From ordering to delivery everything was great. Particularly the delivery driver, where nothing was too much trouble and gave 100%.

First class building supplier.
We have visited Bradfords many times and have

Better experience for DIYers
Bradfords at Verwood is not really geared up for DIYers.
It took a while for member of staff to process order.
Seems that a lot of unnecessary paperwork is involved.
Verwood has no Homebase, B&Q, Screwfix or Toolstation. They could make an absolute killing. Often resort to local surplus store.
