Brilliant Service
Went out their way to call me and check that I had ordered the correct cement to go with my sand. Turns out I had misread the website and I had ordered incorrectly. They corrected it for me and also delivered early after I had enquired whether they could fit me in a day earlier than initially planned. Brilliant service and highly recommend.

Great customer service
I had ordered a bag of aggregates and then on the day of delivery I ordered a fence panel. You delivered both together and the driver. Seeing a couple of oldies slotted in the panel without us saying a word. That's what I call customer service.

deliveries are always on time - This time I ordered the wrong spec item & declined the delivery. Bradfords understood, gave me the advice I should have asked for in the first place and arranged for the right item to be delivered in a couple of days. Its when something goes wrong that you find out who the better suppliers are & then stick with them
