Dale was a fantastic credit to your company.
We had a delivery today from one of your drivers. Dale was a very professional person and very helpful. He asked us where we wanted our order and carried out our wishes. Very polite and talkative. We will definitely be using Bradford's again

Customer care.
Our purchase was small but received every consideration as if we had spent hundreds of pounds.
As if that wasn't enough delivery was free.
What more could you ask of a Company.

Great staff but weird system
Warehouse staff were great. Really helpful. But even if you order online then collect in store, you have to pick up items from the storage areas, then go back inside the shop to get an invoice. Crazy. Especially when it takes longer to do that than collect your actual order!

Good Morning Rachel
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review.
I am saddened to see that you have had a poor experience with us due to the process for collecting products from our yard.
We apologise for the inconvenience but due to the nature of some of the collection goods storing them in the yard for collection and then confirming in branch is currently the best procedure.
I will look into this further and feed this back to the relevant teams to see if there is anything we can do to improve the process and experience in future.
Kind Regards,
Sam
