Fair price paid and delivery within the stated timeframe. We were unable to track our order online and didn't receive an update until the day of delivery but luckily we were home.

I ordered stone from Bradfords…
I ordered stone from Bradfords Glastonbury. They appeared to offer best value and free delivery.
Truck access was potentially problematic. The office staff were very helpful in discussing solutions. Their driver (Anders) agreed to give it a try, he too proved both personable and also determined in concluding a tricky delivery. I’d not used Bradfords before, I’d certainly use them again.

I visited Bradfords for a new kitchen and liked their modern designs and the finish, so placed an order. The quotation process through to the fitting went very well. I was advised by experienced personnel throughout and I would use Bradfords again for modernising my home.

Ordered my item on the 28th of February had a driver deliver it with a real attitude wanted to leave it between my electric gates wouldn't help me move. It agreed to come back another day where I'd have some people to be able to help me didn't turn up he called me again to turn up another day didn't turn up.

Placing an order on the website was easy I was able to see stock levels at my preferred Bradfords. After placing my order I received a phone call from said Bradfords thanking me for my order and to arrange a delivery day. Excellent customer service

Helpful staff at all local depots
Helpful staff at all local depots, all delivery service on time, all drivers polite, fully trained and in full PPE equipment.
Only quibble is cost of products and discounts.

Super speedy service…
Ordered some guttering from Bradfords in the morning, it was delivered to me the same day after lunch. No missing parts of the order. Delivery driver was actually waiting for me as we were in town and I was not expecting it to be delivered so quickly. John the driver informed me that the branch was experiencing a quiet period. I wouldn’t expect to receive this level of service every time, nonetheless I was very impressed and John is a nice chap who is friendly and respectful. I had to return a couple of items from the order as I did not need them in the end and the refund process was no fuss.
