Very poorly managed business!

Bought a Kenwood car stereo from Brad’s Springfield store and had it installed on April 9, 2026. The installer scratched my trunk lid and left quarter panel, steering wheel and tried prying the surrounding bezel with a metal tool damaging it also. I complained and finally reached a settlement with the owner Brad who agreed to replace the bezel with a new one. Now they are saying that the new bezel has not arrived after waiting 3 weeks when they received the original one in 2 days. This place is a clown show and a very poorly managed business. I DON’T RECOMMEND THEM! You’ll be sorry!
