Disgusting. This company are trading as Bra Lift UK but on finding the bras are NOT UK sizing, they expect you to return to China!

Not clear and transparent for online selling in UK

Absolutely terrible quality from China. I asked for return to be told £20 to send back at least and as a good will gesture I can keep product and get a 20% refund! Fantastic communication via email but don’t order as not worth money, not worth the hassle and quality is cheap!!

Didn’t fit and the return address is in CHINA, which makes it impossibly expensive to return items! Nowhere on there website does it tell you this, hust that they havea simple returns/ refund policy.

Zero stars! DO NOT ORDER!!! Wrong sizing! Want to charge £20 to return item!

Wish I had read the complaints before I ordered. So now having jumped through the same hoops as many others, I doubt I will receive any refund of the £50.31 I have spent with them. I do not want replacements - their sizing is a joke - nor will I accept their derisory 20% refund offer and keep their crappy products!
I will report them to Meta and actively but shamefacedly share my experience with others.

Ridiculous sizing.
Impossible to return....address is in China!
Bras will be recycled.

This company is a nightmare!!!. Dont be tempted to buy from them. I bought 2 bras which supposedly would fit me 40DD. SURPRISE SURPRISE ....they were absolutely tiny!! Had the same request from the Customer Service Team as others on here- photos front and back bla bla bla! After 6 emails from me mentioning that I wanted a refund, and threatening them with Chargeback they ended up agreeing to a 50 per cent refund- so approx £14 from the original £28 paid. Will check Paypal in a few days too see if they keep their word. Interestingly enough the bags the bras came in were labelled Nulalift? Good Luck to anyone else who had the misfortune to deal with the. Learnt my lesson !!

AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE. THEY SELL WRONGLY SIZED CHINESE ITEMS AT HIGH PRICES. AND THEN BOMBARD YOU WITH EMAILS TO BUY MORE UNSUITABLE ITEMS
I RETURNED A VERY INCORRECT SIZED BRA SOME 12 DAYS AGO, FOR A FULL REFUND, IT HAS ARRIVED IN CHINA ONLY TO BE STUCK IN CUSTOMS FOR OVER A WEEK, IT WAS CORRECTLY LABLED AS REQUESTED. THEY SELL YOU ITEMS THAT ARE NO WHERE NEAR SUITABLE FOR OUR SIZES AND YOU HAVE TO PAY A RIDICULOUS AMOUNT TO RETURN THEM AND THEN WAIT MANY WEEKS FOR YOUR REFUND. A DISGUSTING RIP OFF COMPANY THAT SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO TRADE ON ANY UK SITE.

Anyone else still waiting for a refund from this company that advertise returns and money back guarantee?? Do not buy from this Chinese company with Chinese sizing!! Who want to charge you £20 to send a £29 bra back to china!!

Despite the sales pitch saying "Perfect Fit Guarantee: Not quite the right fit? No worries! Exchange it easily within 30 days, and our money-back guarantee has you covered", they in fact require you to send it via Track & Trace to China at your own expense; otherwise they offer a 20% partial refund. I complained via PayPal and they still wouldn't budge.

This company is a total disgrace. The bras are poor. Sizing and design poor. When you go through the process of contacting their company and sending photos they then tell you the company is in china so you can’t return. They offer you a 20% refund. Total scam. Steer clear.

One star is too generous.
As with other reviews the size guide is totally misleading, like wearing a piece of elastic with no shape. The D size cup is an A size. Returns are a joke. A total scam, AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!!!!

Bra-Lift UK is a complete disappointment—zero support from their bras. I ordered one, and it didn’t fit. Their return policy is misleading; while they mention that returns are at your expense, they don’t make it clear that you’ll be shipping to China, which cost £20.

Avoid this company at all costs!

BraLift UK need reporting to UK Trading Standards.

They do not explain that cost of return shipping is to China at your expense by courier delivery, so basically you cannot return items if they don't fit. It's important to note that using "UK" in a company's trading name without proper registration and compliance with UK regulations can be misleading and may violate trading standards. Legitimate UK companies are required to register with Companies House and, if applicable, with HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) for taxation purposes.

Another company from China offering a returns policy where the cost of returning the goods is more than the cost of the goods. (I won’t detail the enormous number of hoops they wanted be to jump through before they agreed to my returning them and before they told me I had to ship them to China.)

This should have no stars as it is a total con. It makes out it is a UK business, the return address on the parcel was in Cannock. The product was attrocious, flimsy peach coloured material, and so small I had to pull and stretch it so much to get it on. But the worst of it you have to initiate a return process through them sending proof of delivery and photos of the garments with chapter and verse. They then tell you the return address is China and you have to send it track and trace at your expense. They will send a replacement or you can have a refund of 20% of the cost. I am considering raising a grievance through Paypal. Don't touch with a barge pole.

I should have checked these reviews before purchasing, because they are of such poor quality from the sizing to the flimsy and scanty fabric used to make them, and now I am battling for refund, as they are expecting me to post them back to China at my own expense - which is more than the cost of the bras

Rubbish material. Bras don’t even come close to my boobs. I asked where to return and they want photos of the bras! One hasn’t even been taken out of its packet. Another sweatshop somewhere as they don’t want to give a return address. If I could give no stars I would. Website is corrupted too, it’s not secure.

The bras I ordered were not fit for purpose despite ordering the size suggested by the company. They are very cheaply made with no support and nothing to keep your breasts from slipping out of the bra when you move. Given they are aimed at larger chests this is totally bizarre.
The site appears to be UK based but when you start looking into returning an item it has to be returned to...you guessed it...China... paying for tracking or they won't give you your money back! They claim an exchange is easy but of course looking at the quality of this item there is no point and no size larger than I ordered. The bra was supposed to fit my bra size of 38C (so not a DD cup). Honestly do not order from this company unless you are very petite and don't care about the poor quality. I am going to donate mine to charity, as refuse to throw good money after bad, although they are so awful I doubt anyone will want them.
