Why is it not possible to give 0 stars? The website makes out that it is British based and also adds that 'your satisfaction is our top priority' - well, that's a load of rubbish. As others have said you can only return goods by paying the postage to China. The bra I ordered does not fit and when I contacted them the email response I got was very polite but not at all helpful or what I expected. Avoid at all costs.

The items supplied were so small I couldn't try them on, they would fit a 12 year old. As for lifting sagging breasts, they are so flimsy they would hardly support small youthful breasts. You are expected to return to China at your own expense (cost more than order total) in order to get a refund. Total SCAM, avoid this company at all costs. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Ordered bras in the size recommended for my dimensions. When they arrived not only were they of appalling quality but there is no way they would fit.
Emailed the company who said I could return the goods - to China- at the cost of £20 or accept a 20% refund. Nowhere on their advert does it say the goods come from China or have to be returned there. This is a rip off, do not order from them.

They have just launched bralift-au.com. I purchased because they use Shop Pay. I thought this provided a level of consumer protection, but it doesn't.

This company is the same company that has now stopped trading used to be trading as NULA. The same scam. BRALIFT is what they are trading under now taking peoples money and conning them to believe they are a UK based company when they are in CHINA. AVOID AVOID. wish I had found this out before they took £52 for two bras and sent wrong sizes.

The bra is poorly made and offers no support. Despite the names being British e.g. Helen and the email being Co.uk this company is in Asia and do their best not to give refunds, at best you may be offered 20%. Still waiting for this. Don't order from here!

Really really bad please do not buy from them. Very cheap and sizes are minute even when you order xxxl
I have lost my money don’t lose yours!

I am in the same situation as the ladies below, that has been my exact experience. I’m not giving up, I will get my money back even if I have to go through PayPal. I’m so sick of being scammed by poor merchandise. I should not buy from FB!! Hope you all get your money back. Penny

I wish I could give no stars! Rubbish company. Advertising etc suggestion they are a UK company but in fact they are Chinese. Product is rubbish. Poor quality. As previous reviewer I ordered the size THEY recommend but it was HUGE!!! Poor fitting and absolutely no support whatsoever.
Offered a 20% refund initially, after complaining was offered 30%. Two bras - £53 I can’t believe I’ve been so duped I’m not letting this one get away with it!!

How they can say they have great reviews from a variety of ‘good’ magazines is beyond me

The items arrived and although I ordered the size recommended by themselves, it was nowhere near the right size. Although supposedly a UK site, return address local to me, I was advised I would have to return to China at a cost of £20 +. My alternatives were to accept a 20% refund, a £5 discount off another product or reorder (no point as I explained to them I had ordered the largest size they produced). They advertise the product as “free and easy exchange or 30 day money back guarantee “. The company was previously known as Nula Lift with 64 negative reviews and only one 3 star. Avoid at all cost, you will be disappointed.

Beware of this company. Despite their name, they're based in China, and if you wish to return the bra, you have to retrun it to China using a tracked service at your own expense.

Update - I received my bra and it's suprisingly comfortable! But in no way is it worth £30.
