I ordered an invisible bra that I needed for an event, they assured me it would arrive in time. The bra did not arrive in time and has still not arrived a month later. Do not use Bralux, completely unreliable (and possibly even a scam if they don't refund me). I am seeking a refund.

Do not buy if you have a natural large cup size. As always I hoped this would be ‘the one’. Anyone with naturally large breasted knows how heavy they are. These stick on bras do not hold the weight. Waste of money, and of course, can’t return for a refund.

Please do not buy from here. This company is not trading right & have just messaged me to keep a civil tone because I said I will be reporting them to my bank if they do not refund me back my money as I changed my mind about an order I had placed.

If i could rate below 1 star i would!! My order was dispatched almost 3 months ago and NEVER have i received what i ordered.
I have tried contacting customer services on several occasions both via the website and by email and the response i received is to check my junk folder. When i requested a refund as i never received the package, i never received a response as to when this will be processed regardless of many chasers!
Would never use this company again! And i would want a refund!

I placed my order nearly 4 weeks ago and expected to receive the product within 5 days.
I have tried contacting customer services on 3 separate occasions to which they haven’t acknowledged me.
There is no way of tracking the order either.

HMMM. Ordered x2 beige xxl lifts - Arrived today in a plain brown flatpack box, the description and box displayed on the website are misleading as this is NOT what has been delivered to me. Could have come from absolutely anywhere, no manufacturer info at all. Product itself seems ok, yet to be tried and tested :-)

I have not received my order after 3 months, and no response to emails. Order XQYUOPHWJ.

There is a reason there are quite a few 1 star reviews on here and I can tell you now this is a sham of a company! All of my emails to customer service have been ignored. Thank god I paid via PayPal. I am all for supporting a small business but I am not all for being ripped off and having none of my goods delivered. AVOID! AVOID WITH YOUR LIFE!

I’ve contacted them 3 times regarding an order I’ve still not received and now slightly concerned at these negative reviews...they’ve taken my money, but no products, and no response so far.

I bought two bras and returned one, which wasn’t free as noted but cost me £4.10. I have sent three emails to customer service but had no reply. I know that the returned bra arrived with them the following day as noted on my tracking number but have had no refund! Completely disgusted that they haven’t even responded far less refunded me!

DO NOT BUY! Items do not arrive but money gets taken anyway. Likely to be a fake company. Will be reporting

Horrible. Placed an order MONTHS ago and STILL nothing. Emailed three times with NO response. But they took my money the same day I ordered. I will be disputing this....DON'T PLACE AN ORDER!

This is insane! I have ordered on 21st June but never got my parcel. It has been nearly two months. And I sent three emails to follow up my order. Guess what? I never heard back from BRALUX! I wonder if this is a defrauding business.

I placed an order in April, 2020 with Bralux Canada. You took my money but you have not responded to any of my messages on your site or on Facebook. I understand covid, but in your website you said you were sending all orders out on July 10, 2020. If I don't hear from you next week, I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau. This is unacceptable. I know longer want these products. I want a refund. Asap

Ordered a bra for Saturday delivery before 1pm. No bra arrived. Have emailed twice to cancel my order for a refund as I do not require this now as I needed it for last saturday. No reply. Not a good start for my 1st order with this company. Will not use again.

I ordered the bra with no problem,however the confirmation email went into my junk and I began to worry as I thought it wasn’t a genuine website after reading how bad the reviews were. I got intouch with them on their Facebook page and spoke to someone called Ben who was really nice and helpful I then received my bra the next day. The company is genuine and the bras are really good quality. Will definitely order again
