Avoid!! Ordered on 3 june, had confirmation email stating order was being processed, time went on tracked package it stated it was in transit.. it didnt come. Emailed the company a number of times and got no response. On the final email I stated that in was going to start a PayPal dispute, this seem to get their attention. My order was going to be reshipped( not that it ever was shipped in the 1st place) and they would be sending me a complimentary bra for my troubles.. order eventually came via royal mail's signed for service... open the box and the products are awful, plus I was missing an item! Packed up all the goods, emailed bralux immediately to say I was sending it all back and wanted a full refund, also explained about the missing item. No response! It states free returns on the website but there is nowhere to print a returns label, off into to the post office to return items making sure its tracked the whole way( was pretty sure I would never be seen again had I not) at a cost to myself.. still no contact from customer service. Get an email a week later saying I had received a partial refund?? Emailed them for explanation... still waiting.. awful. I've emailed them countless time. Dont waste your time or money on this company... shocking products when they eventually arrive, only some of it will arrive and you'll never get a resolve.

Made an order online, they took my money and that was it. Order never arrived and customer service haven't responded to any emails. I did not even receive a confirmation email so if I hadnt screen shotted I wouldn't even have evidence of my order.

It wish I had looked at this website before I ordered my stick on bra. I had an email on 5th May to say my bra had left there UK warehouse. It is now 22nd of May they have taken money but not delivered. I felt a bit apprehensive when they said UK is this company in China. I emailed them but no reply. Lucky I paid by PayPal who I will be getting in touch with very soon. What a surprise I just looked on another website to find that bralux is a Canadian company

This will be my second review on here with hopes that someone may contact me! I placed an order beginning of February. I still have not received my order. It would be nice is they would replay to my emails and give me updates.
It’s very disappointing to have my payment taken and to be still waiting on the order. This is terrible business/customer service!!

Excellent customer service and quick response
I ordered a Bra at Bralux with quick delivery for the next day (Saturday). Unfortunately, my package did not arrive the next day. I contacted the customer service and was very happy with the response and the handling of the situation. I got a reply the same day and was offered a full refund incl shipping costs. Moreover, as the company acknowledged the situation wasn't my fault, I could keep the bra. It was unfortunate, that the bra did not arrive on time, but the customer service did everything they could to make this a good experience. Thank you Richard!

Poor or no communication and was ignored. Inordinate delay in effecting delivery. Multiple items purchased just thrown into plastic bag, loosely inside makeshift box. Won’t buy again.

The bra itself is a good product BUT paid for next day delivery which was not met and returned 3 other bras on the 2nd January and have still not received a refund. Contacted customer services 3 times in the last 2 weeks through the website and have had no response. The value of the returns items is over £30. Really poor customer service.

I had purchased a bra 3 weeks ago in Australia and have received nothing. Ive tried numerous times to contact the distributor however I get no response. This bra is for my wedding so now will have to find something else quickly. You pay for a product you expect it to get delivered in a timely matter and be able to communicate with the vendor. I finally touched base with Bralux customer services 07/03/2020. It transpires that my parcel was at my local post office. Royal Mail had not left a card!
Ben replaced my order and items were received 3 days later. Thank you Ben

Made my order 30/01/2020, funds taken from my account. To date items have not been received. I have tried to contact company via their portal, and have sent two emails, but no response from company.

We purchased three bras on their 3 for 2 offer. Our parcel arrived today with the postman. Well packaged. Products look to be of fine quality. The Freya in particular seems like a decent backless bra. Will update after I use this weekend!

I received my goods quickly however they were not in boxes like shown in pictures - all 3 bras were stuffed inside ONE pouch! Also, their customer service is non-existent!!!!
Their website says you can exchange goods for free, but there aren't any instructions as to how you can post the goods back to them for free. Nor do they have a returns form with the delivery of goods.
I tried contacting them multiple times via their contact form on their website, emailing info[at]bralux.co.uk, on Facebook messenger, and even by replying to one of the order confirmation emails!
After all this, I'm not confident in returning my items for an exchange as I would risk losing my items and not getting anything back for them!

Beware of this company! I ordered a stick on adhesive bra for my wedding , it’s been two weeks and never heard or received anything. I keep sending an email to them for about 4 times but haven’t got any response. They are a scam ! All they does is to took money on my account .You guys should Stop cheating people ! I wish there’s an option of not giving any stars , they don’t deserve one .
