The customer service is exceptional. Long story short Royal Mail lost my parcel. The response from Branch (Wendy) was to replace the items and seek to follow up compensation with Royal Mail. I have bought this jewellery before and it’s absolutely gorgeous …. Thank you.

Feels cheap and clacky
The item was delivered quickly and packaged nicely. However I'm not convinced on the quality of Branch jewellery - this is my second piece and I just find it a bit flimsy, it is very light and thin whereas on site it looks bold and chunky. The clasp on the necklace comes undone very easily. It does look nice on but unfortunately can't see myself wearing it as much as I envisaged.
I got this at nearly half price but still find it pretty overpriced.

Amazing, beautiful quality products. I have bought these bracelets and earrings as gifts for so many friends. The wooden and the buffalo horn are both just so beautiful. Each friend is over the moon and wears all the time. I love them.

Good quality nice item, a little daintier than expected.
Ordered an item on sale. Found it good value and the quality was nice. The picture of the item on the model made it look a little bigger and chunkier than it actually is, although the measurements given were correct on the item description.
