Superb Customer Service
Excellent email communication from the company-even on a Sunday. First pair of boots arrived on time. These were too small so I wanted to send them back. I took a photo of the tracking order and emailed it to them;-immediately they organised for another (larger) pair to be dispatched which have arrived within 24 hours.
Couldn’t ask for more as the returned boots are still in transit.
I will update about the boots after I wear them all day tomorrow

Best boots
My second pair of boots from these guys. As a pensioner I have owned a lot of boots and these are by far the best I’ve owned. No wearing in, comfy straight from the box. Now have a summer pair and a winter pair. Just hope I out live the boots 😂 Well recommended

Brandecosse Capriolo Basso
I have had my Brandecosse Capriolo Basso for 6 months now and they are of exceptional quality. They have softened a little over the 6 months (a good think) which makes them super comfortable. The suede is great quality and shows no sign of wear. The sole, although quite thin compared to modern shows, is really comfortable. They are expensive BUT they are worth it and i will be back again.

Customer Service (Jane) went above and beyond. Fit is true to size. Only been wearing g them two days but so far perfect. But Honestly, the customer service was amazing. I had many questions before ordering and all were answered VERY quickly. Plus, they arranged expedited shipping, as I was only stopping over for two days. Amazing service.

Amazing customer service. Emailed some questions, good, knowledgeable responses. Order placed for a pair of Capriola Alto and they held delivery date for me as I was away. Arrived when they said they would. Boots are really light and feel top quality - not worn properly yet but very impressed so far.
