I initially posted a negative review after contacting the support team multiple times to ask a question about a product I bought, and to notify them that the some batteries had broken (as I wanted to get some replacements). They never answered my question about the product and only responded to me about the replacements after the review was posted. (Which was a week and some change after no response, when they said they'd send me a return label).

When they contacted me, they said if I took down the review, they would send me a complimentary package of 5 batteries and 20 cartridges, instead of their initial offer to replace my broken items after I sent the busted ones back. Only at this point (Mar. 10) did they send me the previously promised return label.

I agreed to this offer after confirming I could get the model batteries and cartridges I'd bought previously (since I knew and liked how they worked). They gave me a tracking number that never updated, and after letting them know as much, they told me they'd send out a corrected package, (Mar. 18, for which I did not get a new tracking number).

At one point I thought that the missing package arrived, but when I opened it, it was short 3 batteries and there were 20 cheap plastic cartridges that I had no experience using. They assured me at that time that the second package sent out was the corrected one and to let them know when it arrived.

When I asked if they could tell me what the new tracking number was (after waiting a while for the second shipment), they said they would have to "send out a third package" because they tried to reuse the label for the second one and, because of that, package two most likely wouldn't be delivered.

Asked multiple times in our support emails for the tracking number for this "third shipment" so I'd know what to keep an eye out for and they said (Apr. 23) we'll have this sent over in the next two hours (once again not delivering).

Got another mystery package on my porch today, it was the second shipment. Despite them telling me this was corrected, I still received a 20 pack of those full body plastic carts, the battery count though was correct.

At this point I told them to just forget about the third package altogether, and that I was sick of the lack of communication and delivery on their multiple promises to make things right.

I feel like if you're going to bribe someone to take down a negative review, you could at least package it properly, and communicate with the person you bribed when you mess it up repeatedly.

Customer service is absolutely atrocious for a company that is so well rated.

They personalized our mylar bags and they didn’t turn out bad. Kim is very helpful.
