HOLY SMOKES

HOLY SMOKES. I AM IMPRESSED WITH THE OUTCOME AND QUALITY. THE CUSTOM MYLAR BAGS ARE GREAT. WE WILL CONTINUE TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM IN THE FUTURE. A+ SERVICE. COREY AND EMILY ARE THE BEST.

**Terrible Experience, avoid at all cost.

**Terrible Experience: Avoid**

From day one, nothing but problems. The company is VERY attentive—until they get your money. After payment, they ignored key details from my initial email, dismissed my design queries (despite providing my own and that they request a very detailed description for their included design services), they also never answered basic delivery questions. After confirming my design, they went silent. Emails go unanswered, and their phone number just leads to voicemail. I tried reaching out for weeks with no luck. No reputable company operates like this.

Update: Since they have now decided to respond to this review after repeatedly flagging my content for defamation and chasing me via email (the review was sustained by Trustpilot, I assume because fact does not constitute defamation). Please understand the level of incompetence:

1) I do not live, and have never been to Australia. My order was for Italy, I'm guessing they didn't even think to check the order number WRITTEN IN THEIR OWN BAD REVIEW before responding.

2) I called, during business hours, several times, over several days. Nobody ever picked up or responded to the messages left.

3) Online chat was consistent and very attentive until money was sent, then responses became slow, then non existent.

4) I had design queries and delivery questions I provided in my first email. All of the content of my email was ignored and I was just sent a one word sentence asking to confirm my own design I had sent.

This team has sent me 8 emails trying to get this review removed, including one a few hours before posting this utterly ridiculous response here, in which they don't even know where my order was for.
