such an unprofessional brand .
I can not understand how they’ve managed to work with Beyonce or Oprah. It was advert on their website that the metal trunk collection will be available at 12PM ET on 12.15 . The gold metal bag was in my basket at 11.59 at 12.01 it was already sold out. I have never experimented this with Jacquemus or any other brands. what a disappointment! People want to support « black brands » and Bingo.
By the way when speaking with the customer service they are not even able to give you specific answers.
