Staff always go above and beyond to help.
I've only hired a few times from this store using collection, but it's so easy to do online. They'll also help you get the stuff into the car.
A bit of a technical error once meant that the item I hired wasn't actually at their shop for me to collect. I turned up to collect and they sorted out a delivery then and there. They delivered what I needed soon as I got back home.

God product and service
The product and service were great. My only issue was that you can only order online and I was expecting to collect but had a delivery instead. It still worked out well as the delivery was early and actually saved me time going to collect. I then dropped them off myself and it was easy to do so and a smooth process.

Was offered a delivery but no one was available on site at the time. Customer service was good but the delay meant I wasn't able to finish the job before it had to be returned. Had to pay for pick up because I was trying to get the job finished because of the set back.

Successful project!
We hired a hydraulic log splitter and our overall experience was very good. We would have preferred the horizontal model to the vertical version that was delivered but it did the job.
Our selected hire period was changed due to the royal funeral arrangements, but the communication was good and our task was not unduly affected.
We experienced a minor operational difficulty which was promptly attended to by an immediate call-out - brilliant service!
