Had one post hole to dig
Had one post hole to dig, about 150mm down just solid concrete, tried with bolster chisel and hammer no effect. Phoned Guildford branch at about 1.30pm, really helpful staff, they had a Heavy Duty Electric Hammer drill available, picked it up straight away. Job done in about fifteen minutes after a couple of hours struggling by with hand tools. Hammer drilled returned same afternoon. Could not fault the service and advice on using the tool. All round one very happy customer.

Good all round
Good kit, staff responded quickly and easy to deal with the humans. I tried two others first (normally look to the south of me) but could not get passed the internet booking system in one and the other was activated but nobody came back to me. Brandon, to the north of me came up trumps on all counts
