Friendly and helpful
I needed to safely cut back some trees. I hired a small scaffold that was ideal for the job. The delivery and collection times were ideal for my needs and the driver was very friendly and helpful.

Plate fine, but cable fault
The vibrating plate was fine, but there was an issue the 110V extension lead was faulty. As it was discovered on a saturday I had to buy my own, which was an unexpected expense. They did refund the cost of the lead hire, but that was less than the cost of the new extension.

Poor Service
Booked 2 tower scaffolds and 3 staging boards 10 days in advance and on the day of delivery they turned up at 4pm which was almost a complete day wasted for the job I needed them for, and even the collection couldn’t be done on the desired date. Nice friendly staff but very poor service

Website not up to date
We arranged and paid for the hire of equipment via the website. The product showed available to hire in our local branch. We then received a phone call from the local branch to say they do not stock this equipment. They were unapologetic. Refund received.

Would highly recommend using Brandon Hire Station in Reading if you need to hire any tools or equipment. The team were very helpful loading and unloading the electric compactor into my car with me and talking me through how to use it. Money for nothing
I hired some equipment, it didn't work.
It was collected and taken for inspection and then never heard back let alone received any kind of refund or compensation.

Over 2 days late for collection
Over 2 days late for collection . Unfortunately equipment has been stollen after that 2 days. Not recommend to use Brandon Hire to anyone. Rubbish service. Now the charge me £2455. Plus they claimed insurance for the tower!!! IT MUST STOP STEALING MONEY FROM SMALL COMPANYS !!! Reading branch is terrible,probably they doing some nooottty stuff!!! Head office or other independent company must investigate that branch !!!

Terrible company !!
Terrible company !!! Hired scaffold tower has been stolen because of 3 days delay of collection!!! No one informed me about delay I was sure that scaffold tower has been collected as I recived massage and tracking number on the day of collection confirming collection at that day. Lack of communication cost me £2445!!! Company claimed money from insurance for sure plus charge me ( small company opened 3 months ago ) that amount of money !! I will never deal with them again !! At the moment I getting in touch with people being fine without strong evidence and rationale reasons by the company (Brandon Hire) and we will bring class action law suit to the court !!! Stealing money from small companies must stop !!!!

The digger was delivered on time polite staff. It was picked up next day which was great as I had a little extra time.
