Excellent service and beautiful arrangements. I've used Brant a few times now, living abroad it's been easy to send flowers to friends and clients, even in rural locations.

Beautiful arrangement sent for my Uncle’s 96th birthday. He loved it! The design and colours were everything I had hoped for in the order.

I purchase flowers here every xmas for my grandmother, always satisfied.

I have bought flowers from Brant florist since 2006 when I got married and I have ever since. The flower arrangements are wonderful along with amazing customer service, and fast delivery.

I ordered a baby block arrangement and the baby block was not available. There wasn't any substitute given either although I paid in full for the baby block specifically.
The delivery was prompt and quick. 3 stars for that

We ordered 18 lavender Roses on Sunday for a funeral. Received notification On Monday that they did not have 18 roses and would add pink. We only agreed to other lavender blooms and some white. We only got 10 roses and a handle of other blooms including 4 white carnations. For the quality of the substitutions, the price of $140 should have been reduced and the carnations did not look very good in the bouquet. We wished efforts could have been made to procure more of the lavender roses or at least given a price reduction and/or same quality replacement.

The floral arrangement that I ordered looked nothing like the arrangement that was actually sent to my nephew and his wife. It was definitely a downgrade instead of an upgrade when the florist runs out of materials. It also was sent later than I requested. I texted them and sent pictures. Needless to say, I was very disappointed and will never order from them again. I believe, I should have received a full refund or a new floral arrangement. However, they did refund me only half of what I paid. I got cheated in the end.

Flowers were beautiful and exactly as described online.

I really have no idea how you did as I didn’t personally see the arrangement I ordered for family that doesn’t live close to me, but they said it was beautiful.

The arrangement we ordered was for my nieces funeral - for what we paid I was disappointed with the whole arrangement- from lack of flowers to the mix of flowers.
