Was very happy with the arrangement…

Was very happy with the arrangement that was sent to a close friend It was delivered on time and the recipient said it was beautiful. Very important when sending a tribute arrangement for the loss of a parent. Would certainly use this florist again if the need arose.

This website showed it would deliver…

This website showed it would deliver flowers and took my money but then cancelled the order. Maybe it's not up to date for location?

Lisa There is NO master list of florists. Each is an independent business. Some close up and go out business. New ones open up sometimes. Impossible to track that. For smaller places and for remote places, we never know until the next order comes in. At least we tried to find a local florist for you. Lots of web sites just refuse all small and remote places. Surely, we are not BAD, just because there was no local florist in business! NOT FAIR. We were honest and provided a full refund. MayI ask for your re-consideration? A cancel would be appreciated. Ken PS What was your order number ?

Committed to deliver flowers to a…

Committed to deliver flowers and then cancelled the following day saying they couldn't find a florist to deliver to such a remote delivery address. A full refund was received.

Darlene We were honest and transparent . You revived a full refund. There is no national list of florists. Florists close and new florists open every day. We do not know if there is still a florist in a location until the next order comes in. Some times I get help from the local Church or even a gas station. I ask WHO does flowers in your location? Many web florist sites just refuse all orders to small remote places but that is not always correct. I apologize for the fact that there was no florist on the location you wanted one. BUT that is far beyond our control. Do we really deserve a VERY BAD RAP because there was NO local florist in business there?? NOT FAIR Ken

Great Service!

Every year I send holiday flowers to my family living in country area. The florist I used to use was no longer able to deliver it to the location so when I was searching online for another florist I came across Brant Florist. They are very reliable and provide excellent service! Most importantly my family was very happy to receive their holiday flower. Thank you for letting me keep my tradition!
