Call centre staff said they would arrange taxi if breakdown truck couldn't get us in.(not needed).

I renewed my cover with cover my breakdown again as they are good value for money and easy to renew!

Timely reminder as I forget things and another just before due to renew, Good price and thankful up to now not needed to try their breakdown service but would expect it to be as good if not better than their admin side.

Have just renewed my policy for a further year following 12 months of breakdown inactivity on my part.

For that reason, I have had no opportunity to judge the efficiency of your service, but I have no reason to believe it stands at anything but the highest level.

Everything is good EXCEPT one thing when I first joined I singed up for 4 star home start this year I see you have only given me 3 star I did not notice this as it certainly was not very clear BEFORE I had paid you WHY the drop ? Please make your repeat order forms much clearer . I would not have signed for three star but once button was pressed and money sent it seems I had no chance to change it. Please try to help old aged people like me out.

Fantastic service from ordering to completion

We only used them once when the battery died on my wife's car, but they came out promptly and started the car and informed us that the battery was done.

Great value for the price as a lot lower than other companies.

I had changed my provider and notified the company and was delighted to receive an email responding to it advising me that my email would be dealt with shortly which it was. I was very pleased with the way my email was handled.

This breakdown service is as good as any and half the price (for renewal). You just have to print out your own documents and you don't get a free piece of junk torch as a gift.

I have had to call Cover My Breakdown Service out twice and on both occasions received first class service. The first I had a puncture and the break down mechanic arrived within 20 minutes and changed my tyre in appalling weather conditions telling me to sit in the car. The second time I couldn't start my car, again the mechanic arrived speedily and after jump starting my car, he checked the battery and said I needed and new one and was willing to wait until I got one so he could fix it in for me.

This is my second year with Breakdown cover. I did have a minor mishap in September when in the UK and made a call. They were very helpful with advise but I was fortunate enough to be able to resolve the problem locally.

Just renewed for the third year. Had one call out many months ago, very pleased with speed of arrival and getting problem sorted out quickly. Also much cheaper than many companies.

I had two similar breakdowns within a short period, Their man arrived in a reasonable time and was polite and helpful. The Telephone people were equally professional.

only just joined yourselves so not in a position to offer a view. I am disappointed that you do not provide a handy card with contact details to ensure you have easy access in case a breakdown occurs.

Well , I've used the Breakdown service . It gives peace of mind at Lower cost than other rival companies , They did not raise the price on renewal of the service and they meet the 1hour requirement for your call.

Why does the help desk clerk needs to ask all details already on system at the time you are lstressed and all you need a help to get moving?
