Tried to renew my cover for £59 + but the site would not let me put in the 3 digits on the card back, it would only accept 2 digits.
Had to phone up but they would not accept the $59 + , so I had to pay app £62 +.
Not much extra but annoying, I left it late so had no time to look for alternative.

Have only had to use for home start, but they have always been fairly quick in coming & have been efficient in what they have had to do.

Your price is very competative in today's market, I hope I don't ever need your service but I have faith in your company that they will take care of me should if I ever do call you in my hour of need

I have been with Cover My Breakdown for four years and whenever I have Called them them they have arrived well within the time limit and always done an excellent job and been very helpful and obliging. I would certainly recommend them.

I am fortunate not to have to call on the support offered, but having this insurance is a big comfort, well worth the relatively modest cost.

I have had this breakdown cover for a number of years and only had cause to use it once, when the matter was resolved within 30 minutes of my making the phone call.
Renewing is simple.
Well recommended.

Price has been held for last 3 years, that's always good as far as I'm concerned, it's easy to renew and I don't get loads of spam emails!
Have not had to use service yet, but at the price I am paying, that's ok with me.

I've been fortunate to have broken down only once and found the whole service from start to end to be very good and friendly. My car was fixed on the drive with parts from the recovery vehicle.

Called out a couple of times. Always very helpful. Generally v good response time though last call out took.a couple of hrs (it was during the Commonwealth Games)

I took out cover just before my holiday just on the off chance I had problems on the way. My car overheated en route and I was forced to stop in the middle of an unfamiliar area with 3 small children. When I tried to use my breakdown cover I was told it took 72 hours to start! Had this been clear on the website I would not have taken out the policy. The fact that I had had cover with the company for the past 2 years and had renewed with only 6 weeks break in cover counted for nothing. I am appalled by the lack of concern and have immediately cancelled my cover- which was also made difficult for me by being put on hold twice with the operator not returning. I will not be using this company again.

While in france our car broke down,
Was so very pleased to be dealt with the way we were, it made a very bad situation feel not so bad.

Excellent price and documents easy to access. This is my second year of cover. So far I have not had any breakdowns, so cannot comment on call-out times and delivery.
