I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company at all - Paul is absolutely fantastic and I was very impressed with the prompt and helpful responses I received both times I had a need for breakdown recovery. The prices quoted were very reasonable and definitely good value made even better with the accompanied excellent customer service! I can confidently say you won’t regret using this company…easiest 5 stars I’ve ever given!

Broke down on the M40 with no hard shoulder ! Highways agency were there within minutes and K2 recovery were there in 10 minutes, Stuart took us to a place of safety and between himself and my partner who is as car technician did a diagnostic search and resolved the issue he was great , can’t thank him enough for getting us off that stretch of motorway safely and quickly . Smart motorways are not really very smart at all !! Thanks guys 👍

Hi my experience with this breakdown recovery company was that they gave excellent service, the person that came to get me and my car was very friendly and professional. They took me safely home and made sure all was well with me.

Excellent service! Really nice guy came out to my house and rescued my flat battery. He managed to get into my car even though the lock was broken and the battery was so dead the electric key wouldn't work. He changed my battery to a new one on my request (he didn't try to push a new battery on me). When I spoke to them on the phone they made sure he would come with the right battery, just in case.

I was slightly worried in using a random number I found in google and paying a deposit in advance of arrival. But can't recommend them enough.

I rang several other big breakdown providers and the callout fee was way more expensive and some only offered towing to a local garage rather than sorting the battery then and there.

If my car breaks down again I'll definitely be calling!

Our car broke down at the end of the M1 in London - it was incredibly stressful, but Paul was so calm and reassuring, and couldn't have been more helpful. The recovery truck arrived within an hour to take our car to a garage near to our home, and Paul kept in touch throughout. Because there were a few of us in the car and couldn't all travel in the truck, Paul even drove me and my son to a tube station so that we could get home. It was such an incredibly kind and thoughtful gesture, and we were so grateful. The recovery charge was also very reasonable. All in all, given the very high level of service we received, it was excellent value for money

I needed to change my tire which was absolutely flat and I could not drive my car. Within 20 minutes of my call I had my car picked up and taken to the tyres shop I work with. Friendly and competent staff, good price. The company is a good example of how service providers should work.
