Haven’t traded with them yet, However, there was a misunderstanding on my end, they were very helpful still gave me the discount even though I missed it, shout-out to hakeem & felix

Instead of dealing with an issue on their discord ticket support system they leave you on timed out when sufficient evidence is given when appealing a case on an account

In all honesty my journey with breakthrough capital is at its beginning but I am excited to start this new journey with the Team , hoping for their instant fast payouts and excellent customer service . Bismillah

My payout was rejected
People who trade at 1minute 3minute and 5minute time frame never trade with them they just made this firm really shady
The rules are really stupid
If u buy 2 step coure account good there is no 2 minute rule but you dont have even basic levrage
If you buy 2 step classic good you have leverage at which you cant trade but guess what your stop loss is tight if you even take 10 trades not all but at leats there are 1 or 2 stop loss getting hit before 2 minutes guess what your account is breached and in eval they dont care about rules or anything the problems began when you are funded
And biggest thing is that this guy kareem he gives trade recap online on his insta where he trade in same style like us 1minute time frame he promotes same trading but when we do it no we dont deserve payout

Denied me a 4k payout and banned me, even though I followed every rule, without giving proper reasoning, said the ban was because of “high risk” and “gambling” when I only risked 1% and never took more then one trade in a day, wouldn’t recommend

hakeem held my risk interview and was very helpful and got me my funded account within the same day, felix unbanned my discord account as i was wrongfully banned, and felix is a very good staff from past experience

Amazing prop firm is what I can say firstly.
Felix is great help,helped me set up my crypto wallet as I’m usually used to rise for pay outs sorted it really fast and also gave me a video to watch.
