Our system automatically detected and filtered duplicate entries before distributing accounts.

• The first 20,000 verified participants who completed all required steps correctly (email, Discord verification and form submission) received their free 5K evaluation accounts. The rest were offered a secondary promotion, allowing them to still claim an account through verified community participation (for example, inviting new members or following official channels). This was a fair way to ensure only legitimate, verified users received their accounts.

• All giveaway rules and follow-up promotions were publicly announced on our Discord and Instagram with clear timestamps so nothing was hidden or changed after launch. Thousands of participants can confirm they received their accounts successfully and are actively trading.

• Users removed from Discord were only those who violated community guidelines through repeated spamming or spreading false information, not for simply asking questions.

• Our free 5K promotions were genuine, but they were limited to the first verified participants and entries were automatically disqualified if verification was incomplete or if duplicate/invalid submissions were detected. Thousands of users received accounts successfully.

• Accounts or Discord access are only removed when we detect rule breaches, repeated community guideline violations or evidence of abuse/fraud. We do not ban people for asking questions.

• We can’t investigate this publicly without details. Please send us the email you used to register, screenshots of your giveaway entry, any payment or ticket IDs, and your Discord handle to our instagram or discord supoort ticket.
