Good medicine bad customer service

The medication works. The AP and website are terrible and not user friendly at all. I was sent medication and my card was charged after I specifically requested to delay the next dose. They refuse to provide a refund (for anything ever) and will not do anything to make up for my unauthorized payment.

At Brello Health, subscriptions and orders are handled separately. A subscription controls future renewals, while an order refers to a purchase that has already been placed and submitted for processing. Once an order has been processed, pausing the subscription does not automatically cancel that existing order.

Couldn’t be happier with this Company. Prices are reasonable. Results have been good for me. Easy process to order and deliveries are timely. Love the tracking of progress on the app too. Using them for a year now.

This is my third 3 month order

This is my second 3 month order. I switched to Brello almost because of pricing, three months for what I had been paying for two months. I have lost since starting 90 lbs. Been easy of course I have changed some lifestyle options. My lab reports are best they have bee for last almost 30 years.
Fast service received my order within 2 days but I live very close.

Excellent experience and good pricing.

My first 2 orders with Brello have been seamless and easy. It saves a small fortune from the non-compounded Trizepitide since I am self pay. The instructions were clear and I was able to work with the dr. for how to titrate my my doses. I am not a super - responder like some people so I feel like this is going to be a long or forever medication for me. And Brello has made it doable finacially.

They blew it.

For months, I was singing the praises of Brello Health and even sent four new customers their way. Shipments arrived in a timely fashion so I was very pleased , and also the pricing is the best out there! I was successful in my weight loss with their compounded tirzepatide. When I got down just below 22BMI, I requested to go on a maintenance dose. I didn’t care that I would still be paying the same amount. I just knew I didn’t want to regain the weight and have the food noises return. I was told I was not eligible to continue my script and I assumed it had to do with my current BMI. But I wanted to have a conversation with someone to have a better understanding of the denial and also to explain that I merely wanted to be on a maintenance dose. They escalated my request for a review and I was again denied. Which was fine. But what I wanted, and requested two to three times, was a conversation with someone about it. That request went ignored. That is a big, fat customer service ZERO in my book . And it was enough to knock out all the good points about them that I had seen early on. Too bad because I would’ve continued sending customers their way…but no more.

So Much More Than Just a GLP-1 Program


After a year of research, I chose Brello Health to continue my GLP-1 journey, and I’m so glad I did. I’ve been extremely impressed with everything this company offers. Not only is it an affordable option for me, but the support included is incredible.

The membership includes access to an online community, an easy-to-use app, and a workout program with multiple types of exercises that can be accessed through the app or even streamed on your television.

Before choosing Brello Health, I was prescribed Zepbound through my doctor, but I never had the level of support and guidance that I have now. The sense of community, accountability, and overall wellness support has made a huge difference for me.

I truly can’t say enough good things about my experience so far.

It was difficult in the beginning to…

It was difficult in the beginning to see if I was accepted or not. I think the communication could have been better. I like the fact they sent three months at a time, but I have gained 4 pounds in two weeks. It’s not cutting my cravings or appetite at all, but I switched companies because this one was more affordable the other group I was with when it’s $650 every six months just for me to participate. I’m hoping when I start month too that that will curve my appetite and I’ll start losing weight again.

Crap policies

Brello is now requiring their prescribers to take customers down to the lowest dose if they have not ordered for a while, no matter the reasoning (including when due to Brello's own difficulties in serving their customers and peculiar account errors by Brello staff). This new policy is not published anywhere I can find. I will be going elsewhere prior to my next renewal date because they charge the $499 upfront when they email out the questionnaire for the next shipment and the only way to refund the charge is minus a $50 fee. So, by the time customers know for certain they've been prescribed the tiny starting dose, customer has already been charged (they're auto charging prior to customer completing the questions, etc.). BS.

Edit: I have canceled my Brello subscription. As all can see from Brello's reply, customers are billed when the questionnaire is sent out (prior to receiving info from customers and prior to any information from the prescriber) then there is $50 charge for canceling when one learns they are definitely reduced to the lowest dose (which IS going to occur based upon the experience of most other customers recently). There is also a $50 fee to further communicate with the prescriber and, reportedly, another $499 fee for an earlier refill (customers are apparently told to use what they have, then ask for earlier refill thus negating the $499/month agreement). This is not acceptable to me when a customer has been taking 15 mg. The lowest dose will do nothing.

We’d like to provide a bit more clarity regarding the renewal and billing process at Brello Health. Patients receive a 12-week medication supply, but billing occurs at the 10-week mark to help avoid interruptions in treatment. This allows time for provider review, pharmacy processing, compounding, and shipping before the current supply runs out.

The upfront amount charged covers the full 12-week medication course — there are no additional charges for the remaining two weeks.

Regarding refunds, as outlined in the Terms and Conditions accepted during enrollment, the $50 professional fee covers the required clinical review performed by a licensed provider to determine treatment appropriateness. Once that review has been completed and the order submitted to the partner pharmacy, that fee remains applicable.

We have requested more information regarding your account and treatment plan so the team can further review your concerns.

LOVE THIS COMPANY I've been with Amble AND FRIDAY

I've been with Amble, Fridays and another company and this is such a great and wholesome business. No issues 24/7 assistance. I've had no negative reactions or side effects I am taking a minimal dose and I have not had to go up. The B6 in it is helping me. I LOVE Brello and will be sticking with them no doubt.
