It’s still early in my time with Brello but I have been extremely pleased with the Customer Service. I had to switch from Ozempic due to insurance not covering the cost. I did start at a lower dose since I wasn’t sure if I would have side effects. Everything has gone smoothly so far!

Excellent service. The provider listened and was available. I even had to bump my renewal back two weeks and it was no problem. At one point I had a problem with a shipment and Brello/ Southend fixed it immediately . Their pricing is competitive and have had great success with their product.

Prompt services. Some delay in medication delivery but it was during peak timing. I loved the formulation and ease of use of the service.

After I filled out the online form, I was assigned a doctor. Within a day, the doctor approved me and sent a prescription to their pharmacy. 8 days later my medication was delivered to my door step in a thick styrofoam cooler, packed with ice packs. The cooler contained 3 months worth of medication, syringes, swabs and very detailed instructions.
I also like the fact that I now have an online portal that I can message my doctor through if I have any questions.
Before my second 3 months were about to come up, the doctor messaged me to see how I was doing, what dose I was on, and did I want to stay at that dose or continue to slowly increase my doses.
This time it was less than a week and my medication arrived at my door.
I'm very impressed with how everything has been handled. I also like the fact that if I wish to put my membership on hold in the future for whatever reason, I can also do that.
