Had a great experience with Brewser this week, I had an amazing taste experience with their ‘discovery lights’ June package 📦 from Ossett Brewery. I enjoyed this selection so much, but being new to... See more

Brewser is the world's first direct-from-brewery beer subscription service. We work with the UK's leading independent breweries to connect more people with great beer and to support the breweries who give a damn about the liquid inside the can. Every brewery in our lineup has been taste-tested by a team with more than two decades of experience in independent brewing, and every box is picked, packed and shipped direct from the people that brewed it, from their cold store to your front door. Our members can choose their brewery each month or leave it to us. Boxes start from £29 including free mainland UK delivery. Learn more at brewser.beer.

Missing Box
Have been using them now for a while, couple of hiccups along the way, but generally very impressed. However, the latest box has gone missing. Was pretty obvious it was missing but customer service said that it 'would land shortly'. Still waiting and pretty disappointed with the service this time especially when you call yourself the UK's Top Rate Beer Club. Looks like its all good when on the happy path not so good when things go wrong. Not really too bothered who is at fault, brewery or delivery company. Brewser are my contact so expect a little better from them.

Avoid them
“12 Pints of Christmas” paid for beginning of December, Christmas came but beers didn’t. Website “widget” doesn’t work and emails aren’t responded to. Avoid this company.

Too stressful - Xmas ruined
Updated 24/01/2025:
To respond to your reply and to add to my review below, I agree that EVRI are at fault not yourselves, but loosing alcohol when I live on a walking route so close to two schools worries me beyond belief.
Also as I has been 7 months since I received my share certificate and still no sign of the promised "Investor-only priority access to new and limited edition boxes", I have so little trust in you that I'm happy to defend the 1 star review.
From the GPS and photograph, EVRI have delivered my order somewhere else.
I reported to Brewser that I had not received it on the 20th December.
It is now Xmas eve and I still have no delivery, so no present for my Father this year and still no reply from Brewser who are apparently 'winding down for Christmas'......
Also beware as their website states they only use DHL next day deliveries. The truth is they use EVRI's 2 day delivery service.

Didn’t receive the order
Ordered the Arbour 12 beers of Christmas on 4th December. Still not delivered by Evri as at 23rd December. When chased informed tracking isn’t working but was picked up. On receipt of tracking number still it says on the Evri website awaiting the package from supplier. Brewser providing no further support. Requested a refund.

They're doing everything they can to ensure I never come back.
Poor customer service, telling me that a delivery has been shipped when I can see via Evri that it hasn't. I placed my order two weeks ago and I've given up on it ever arriving.

Received my first box today 👎🏻 updated
I reached out and to be fair to Brewser they offered to credit the 3 missing cans. I Told them to forget it but did appreciate that they responded quickly. I think it was Evri that created the problem.
Previous review :
Received my first box today. In terrible condition and fewer beers than promised. No contact us or customer service email address on the site speaks volumes.

Awful customer service
Poor experience. I was made redundant this month and as soon as the payment was taken from my bank I sent a note to them to cancel the order.
I was immediately given the ultimatum that I can change the order for a different brewery but there would be a £6 charge to cover 'admin'. This is whilst the status is still set as processing.
I responded to say that this feels deliberately punitive to capture customers and trap them into ordering the case to avoid this admin charge.
I then had a phone call from Ashley where he decided rather than just refund the full payment as a goodwill gesture or just good customer service he would try to justify why his business has costs that run at £6 when nothing has been done.
His approach was to claim that there are courier costs, I pointed out nothing has been sent, he said that actually they operate on a speed of light system where at the very instant the money is taken from the card and whilst the status is still processing the order is apparently immediately processed with the brewery in the background and a shipping label is also sent directly to the brewery. This of course conflicts with his previous message that I can change my order for a different brewery. He also claimed that there is a significant charge to return payments back to sender.
This was of course all detailed in the terms and conditions, in fact the admin charge is detailed as £10 in the Ts&Cs!
Its clearly a spurious amount of money to claim as 'admin' for an order that hasn't even been boxed at this point, can still be changed and where every other online business can cancel before anything has been dispatched without any charge.
I would avoid them on the basis that their subscription model is designed to catch people out and charge them regardless of whether any beer has actually been ordered or not.
Damaged beers
All the beers for my first ordered arrived damaged (the tops of all the beers were mangled and the box had clearly been badly damaged and taped back together). I emailed Brewser about this (including photos) and they said “At least the cans hadn’t burst” and they would let the delivery company know. There was no offer to replace the beers, so I just have eight mangled cans. I immediately cancelled my subscription.
Warning
The concept of having access to so many breweries is great but I failed to read the small print which means you're waiting over 20 days for a simple beer delivery. Just a warning for those like myself who were blinded by the concept and ignored the construction.
Cancelling as soon as I'm able.
Terrible customer communication model
Ordered on 31.7.24 and waited for 2 weeks before trying to contact Brewser…I say ‘trying’ because contacting People on the dark side of the moon may well have been easier. There is no contact number (even with companies house or other searches). Various web searches say to contact through their portal - what portal? When using their website to email you then get options of what you want to talk about and when you click ‘where is my beer’ it tells you to use their customer portal!!!! Thoroughly unimpressed and not expecting to hear from them having now sent messages via three avenues.
Signed up for a taster pack and was…
Signed up for a taster pack and was promised '4 fresh beers'. When they arrived one was a month short of its expiry date and another one had no expiry date on it at all (a legal requirement). Customer service did not seem to think this was a big deal, only offering me some money off my next box. They ignored my follow-up email so I will not be subscribing.
Tried without subscription
Paid a one-off amount to try 4 of their beers. The email receipt clearly then said ‘subscription £0’ so I understandably thought I hadn’t signed up to anything. I hear nothing at all and then this morning was charged £29. Wouldn’t be so bad if I had an email asking what type of beers I like, or telling me they’re being prepared, but instead I got charged for something I didn’t sign up for. I emailed to cancel before beers were sent out but was still charged £6 for their costs so only partially refunded. After some back and forth via email I was then refunded the whole amount. Beers were good.
Top Service
Great selection of breweries to choose from and customer service is top notch. Any issues are resolved quickly and easily. Overall best beer subscription that I have tried.
The Best Beer Subscription Service
Undoubtedly the best beer delivery service. If you’re into craft beer, especially ales, this is the beer subscription service for you! Some of the best breweries in the country are signed up and it’s all so easy and convenient
Top service
Top service, ease of use, and quality comms.
As occasionally happens there’s a delay on a shipment of a special box but Brewser have noticed YODEL are back-logged. Brewser got in touch to warn us, but it was delivered expected.
Fantastic 👍
High quality and fresh
Only had one order so far (Verdant) but I was impressed with what I received. Interesting beers I had not tried. Delivery was good and the cans were fresh. Looking forward to my next case!
I really wanted to find a way to get…
I really wanted to find a way to get beers from my favourite brewery (Vault city) on a monthly basis. That's when I started using Brewser which does exactly that. although It took some time to get used to the website and the box system, I have now been using them for over a year and they have delivered exactly what I wanted.
Beer subscription you say ? Yes please...
I had been looking for a new beer subscription ever since the sad demise of BeerBods late in 2022.
I settled on Brewser and have to say so far I am very happy. I like the fact you can choose your brewery or go random and the pause function looks like a good idea but I haven't used it yet. All in all very happy.

Prefer to choose what you receive as opposed to a random monthly box?
All I can say therefore is 'This is the way'
Almost 150 UK breweries to choose from, we all ought to know how varied that is.
Regrets I've had a few, but never about joining Brewser.
Truly a game changer for sampling great quality UK beer.
Never disappointed, a truly amazing service 🤗
Phenomenal craft beer subscription
Phenomenal craft beer subscription. Huge selection of breweries including loads I'd never come across before. Excellent value for money with different options available. Would recommend to anyone.
