Excellent customer service, from survey, installation and service, it has been super smooth. Speeds in excess of what we were expecting for a great price. We had one issue which was sorted out in 10mins, amazing. We are in East Preston, BN16, and we would recommend Briant without hesitation.

This is an excellent go ahead business with friendly staff who go the extra mile to resolve any issues that arise. The installation went well and they responded quickly when we required help and advice

My initial contact with Briant was when I was trying to get the new city fibre broadband. This proved extremely disappointing after three weeks when they were unable to obtain access to my flat. Despite this being clearly visible on a floor plan, they were reluctant to drill through a wall.
Ryan from Briant came round to collect their router. They had been, they had been my broadband of choice via city fibre. I asked him what they do and he told me they do broadband by radio and I said can’t I get that and he told me yes I’m further inspection it looked out I would get really good reception there and then we shook hands on a contract, which was speedily confirmed This was on a Friday and my broadband was up and running the following Tuesday – no problems.
Extremely happy with the personal service provided, extremely happy with the price(Virgin Media, I’ve been driving me nuts) And although just two weeks into my new contract, everything working so very very well.

Fast, responsive and personal service. Clear from the start that all the employees want to solve any problem as quickly as possible. Only issue is that the area served is still quite small but, if they continue to provide great service, they should be able to expand.

Great local company. We have the sattelite broadband in High Salvington. Speeds well in excess of what we expected. Been connected for a few months now and the two issues we've had have been sorted remotely and very quickly. Ferdi is a marvel at diagnosing and fixing any problems.

Briant have a great alternative to full fibre while you are waiting for full fibre to arrive in your area. Customer services are great. I had an issue with my router and Briant were out the following morning with a new and improved router. Great service. Highly recommend.

They are a local company so you can call or email them
If there are any issues, they resolve them quickly and if work is needed at your home, it is a local team who come out quickly
This is such a unique experience compared to the large companies where the call centre is in India and one has to wait 2 weeks for engineers to call

A very simple process moving from Virgin to Briant, I was treated with respect at all times and nothing was too much trouble for them.

It is now just one month since Briant replaced my VM broadband service. Initially, the installation team did a great job on getting the service up and running despite a thick flint wall access issue that they made light of!
Since then, a flawless service with speeds as promised.

They were great at installing my broadband. The router was easy to plug in and Briant were able to activate my broadband remotely and on the day I wanted it set up.

The quality and speed of their internet was also fast, reliable and strong.

Ferdi in particular was very patient and explained things fantastically. He was very easy to follow and very quick with his responses. Cannot praise him enough, especially as he was staying late to fix an issue that was ultimately user caused :)
