Installing engineers arrived on time on the day they arranged. The work was undertaken in a speedy and tidy manner. The new broadband installation has operated in accordance with Briant's promise in terms of speeds. We are more than happy that the installation is better than we expected.

Great product, great service and just really good and knowledgeable people to deal with. Briant are a local company who are approachable and care about your experience from installation to service delivery. The delivery of their fibre infrastructure this year will make a huge difference to our local community, and bring it into the 21st century.

For me, 900mbps bi-directional fibre broadband is a real game changer - approx 100 times faster than my previous copper based service at a similar price!!!

I am a photographer and filmmaker and rely heavily on a fast and reliable broadband for my business, especially needing fast upload and download speeds, so their 900 ultrafast fibre broadband has been a game changer for me. Plus it’s very affordable for a small business!

Briant’s service and care has also been excellent, personally looking at what is the best set up for what I have needed for my usage and business. When moving into my new property they arranged an installation suitable to my schedule, where as BT and virgin couldn’t even offer a possible installation date until 2 weeks after we had moved in.

After 3 months using the 900 ultrafast fibre broadband, I can honestly say it’s been a total game changer for me, saving me hours in work, as for years I have been a BT customer and have lost hours & late nights waiting for film footage and images to upload of transfer to my clients, as upload speeds are always much slower than download speeds offered.

But with Briant their ultra fast fibre’s upload and download speeds are symmetrical and this is a service that non of the mainstream broadband providers could offer.

So if you need fast upload speeds as well as download speed for your business, this is the company you should go for!

We are Canadians that maintain a UK holiday home that we visit 4 months each year. Briant has provided us with wonderful personalized service and guided us through British practices for which we were unfamiliar. Clearly a family business that is very caring to its customers.

Briant broadband is brilliant, i have had no problems with connection or speed and staff are very quick to respond to any questions you might have, a very helpful team.

l tried getting my Kubu door up and running as so simple to install but found that l couldn't and supplier was also very helpful then l contacted Briant via text and explained all the issues and l got a message back straight away to say they'll get on to it asap and in less than an hour or so l found out that everything was all up and running smoothly no more issues and to be honest l thought it would not have been until next day as it was out of hours. My internet has been working smoothly and l am one super lady, Briant are a very good service provider with excellent customer service, l cannot fault them, Great Work Briant 👏👏👏

I have been with briant for 16months. I’ve Never had an issue with speeds or connection. If I have had to contact them for any reason they have been extremely quick and helpful with responses. Would highly recommend.

Brilliant and quick. Very helpful staff, explain everything clearly, fibre broadband was up and running within 1.5 hours of installation.

The service from Briant Broadband has been excellent. The installation was very quickly, tidily and professionally completed, all delivered by a local company. The cable is as thin as a fishing line so it is invisible.
We were up and running in a couple of hours, and are now enjoying a fast full-fibre broadband service. The impact when needing to upload and download is significant. Content which usually takes over 30mins to upload now takes just a few minutes! All for half the cost of our previous service, and no tie to lengthy contract periods.
I would wholeheartily recommend Briant Broadband.

Unbelievable service from Briant.
I emailed them yesterday afternoon with an issue with my Samsung TV not connecting to their smart hub asking them if there was anything I could do to resolve the issue, by this morning they had one of their employees knocking on my door and working with their excellent in house expert Ferdi the issue was sorted in 30minutes. I would never have had such support from my previous mainline broadband supplier!

From the first telephone call with Adrian through to the painless installation by qualified technicians of our full fibre broadband, the service has been professional, reliable and friendly – and we have felt valued, which is unusual in this day and age.

Ferdi the technical lead and network specialist, has been fantastic in getting us up and running and quickly solving an initial issue with our new phone (VOIP) set up.

So, a big thank you to all at Briant Broadband for their excellent efforts and on-going support. Our internet speed is hugely improved, the costs are less than with our previous supplier and it is a bonus to be able to use a local Company. We will definitely be recommending them to friends.

I thoroughly recommend Briant Broadband. The customer service I have received after an initial issue has been great. On installation, 2 guys came and fitted my wireless set up and were very friendly and courteous. They set the transmitter up on the roof and router in the lounge. It all took about 2 hours and they left everything nice and tidy.
For now I am on the wireless 100 which is working perfectly and is plenty adequate for the household needs. I can't wait to get the Fibre connected when it's switched on in my road. The prices are excellent and you will have to search hard to find better deals. Won't hesitate to recommend Briant Broadband to friends.

Can't say how thrilled I am (living on a "forgotten road") to have gone from 3.9mbps to lightning-fast 123mbps on Briant's satellite broadband. Lovely, knowledgeable staff and an easy, speedy installation. £10 per month less than I was paying to boot! I highly recommend this company and their product.

I've been very impressed with Briant Broadband so far. I was having issues with Openreach for weeks and was finally given a month lead time before my line would be activated. I called Briant and they gave me a week lead time to get everything set up. City Fibre came out and got everything sorted efficiently and quickly. There was a minor issue on my activation day (it was the Friday on a Bank Holiday weekend) and after only an hour my broadband stopped working. Although I had to wait till the Tuesday to get the line sorted, both Customer Services and the Briant engineer were providing me with updates and I felt valued as a customer and was overall really impressed with the service received.
Really fast speeds, cheaper than most competitors and I also really like that they are a local company.
