Lack of cream meant that the making of our order was delayed.

As I ordered your icecream as a gift, it would be useful if there was somewhere on the order form to put a message which could be put in with goods.

Have not tasted your icecream ourselves but we are told that it is excellent. This order was the third time we have used it but the first time there has been a delay.

Delicious ice cream and amazing customer service!
The flavours are excellent and the ice cream is super smooth, no icy hard blocks here! DPD delivered my order a day late so all the ice cream arrived melted, but Brickells immediately rectified the situation by sending me a new box and they even replied on a Friday evening and a Saturday which I never expected them to.

Delivery as stated, ice cream still frozen and the flavours are heavenly…the best ice cream I have ever tasted. Thank you!

I recently placed an order for some ice cream online from Brickells ice cream company and received a prompt delivery in under 2 days. The delivery was well packaged and the ice cream was still frozen which was great since as this was my first order, I didn't know what condition it would be on delivery.
I ordered different flavours, all of which are very creamy and enjoyable, especially the chocolate and strawberry flavours. What attracted me to the brand was the natural ingredients, rather than many additives that seem to be added to food products nowadays.

When I tasted a spoon of the chocolate ice cream my daughter had for dessert while out for a meal with my family I exclaimed “oh my god!”. They were concerned about me. However, soon followed was the covering of my mouth, wide eyes, and the words: “this is the best ice cream I have EVER tasted”.
Then promptly ordered 6 tubs delivery. The delivery was next day and it was still frozen well. The insulated boxes are insane.
You will not be disappointed if you order. And now I have an addiction.

By far the tastiest ice cream we’ve ever eaten. Such original flavours, we have tried all and they are all 10/10. It’s also great knowing that they are full of goodness with no nasty UPFs. Keep up the delicious work Brickells. :p

First order never arrived due to faulty stock levels. We were not informed until we had waited in for the day
The replacement order arrived. Ice cream had melted in the box. The box had been thrown over the gate by the delivery guy. All the pots had burst as a result. Finally after demanding a refund I was informed it would take 10 days to appear in my account
An awful experience

It’s not only the best ice cream! But it’s also fantastic to be able to get it through the post!!

Delivery was prompt. Ice-cream was well wrapped to ensure it didn't melt. Above all, the taste is simply gorgeous.

Brilliant quality small batch ice cream. Never tasted better and ordered for a seriously ill friend who just fancied a special ice cream.

We discovered this ice cream last year and it is absolutely delicious. The vanilla is as good as I’ve ever had. It is unprocessed and so tasty. The perils of ultra processed foods has obviously been highlighted recently and it feels good to have found such a high quality product and to support a small local business.

The ice cream was delivered and in such a state that was not in a state for consumption. The whole of the 5 tubs were melted and had a really off smell. I am very disappointment.
