terrible service
The bricks were all broken when they arrived - they were packed in a very small cardboard. I couldn’t even unpack them to look at them as they were all in pieces. I feel this was a very poor service considering I paid £4.99 for delivery. Due to this experience alone I will not be ordering any tiles from my his company. What a waste of £4:99

I have been delighted with the service , the brick tiles and the advice received .
We have built an outdoor kitchen and wanted the stainless steel doors and bbq to be surrounded by Cheshire bricks to match our house. The house is 140 years old so we needed something to look like the original bricks. These are perfect!
We used a timber frame, concrete boards then adhesive to attach the slips. Then regular pointing really looks amazing.
The corner cuts are brilliant and it looks like a brick wall!

Paid for a sample to be delivered..... 2 tiles arrived each tile broken into 3 pieces.....the tiniest thinnest piece of bubble wrap laid in the bottom of the box....no other wrapping...therefore resulting in poor samples. If this is how samples arrive you clearly are not looking to promote your products.... I will therefore be looking elsewhere.

Brilliant feature wall
I received my samples and went with Brick Tiles Nationwide, got to say I am pleased with the end result. Tiles have a lovely old brick quality and look as though they’ve been on the wall forever. Got a large double height wall covered, get really nice comments from visitors all the time as it’s such a great feature. Good price, good product great work thank you x
