The sample consisted of two red brick tiles so not a good representation of the style and impossible to get an idea of how it will look on a large wall.

The customer service side was good but I was not totally happy with the product. The bricks were a different colour to the website.
So I would recommend going see the product before buying.

Every tile was broken
Every tile was broken. The packaging was not sufficient. Even if you charge a greater price for the delivery . As a result I can not judge if these tiles would be appropriate as they are smashed into tiny pieces. Very disappointed

Our apologies that your free sample didn't get to you in one piece and for only noticing your review now.
Unfortunately, we have to send the samples by Royal Mail to keep delivery costs at a minimum. This means that occasionally they're not handled as delicately as they should be.
We're happy to resend your sample at no extra cost and have refunded your £5 delivery fee.
