There seems to be no answer when requesting a replacement for a faulty night light...I have now written to them 3 times and have still not received a reply. Very odd customer service, unfortunately.

Beautiful and creative
I have bought 3 of these for friends and family so far, they are exactly as viewed in the pictures. Do note they don't come with a plug, you must buy your own. Other than that they are ideal as a gift.

Order not delivered and no response from the company
I ordered a night light as a Christmas gift. As I followed the tracking information I noticed my order was being returned due to an insufficient address. The address is correct and I have never had any issues receiving packages before. At this point I have used all resources this company has provided to reach out and rectify the situation multiple times with no answers! I’m so disappointed in the service and looked up reviews prior to make sure this was a legitimate site to purchase from but since I have not received any response, it seems like a scam to me!!! They have similar products on Amazon I wouldn’t waste your time or money with this company!

Hadn't realised when I ordered this that it was coming from America, however was pleasantly surprised considering the postal issues in the UK that I received this before Christmas. Great communication and lovely light, very well received present.
