The plumbers did what they said they would do. It was a tricky job, as the original builders did not install the pipes, but the safe gas plumber s worked long and hard to install the new shower mixer. They have solved my leak.

The technicians turned up on time, serviced the boiler quickly and efficiently. And they liked the dogs!

The office are great to deal with from initial quote stage through to booking in the job with my tenants so I dont have to get involved and keep me in the loop through the process. Highly recommend

The boiler was last serviced about 6 months ago by you. There was a leak from the outlet vent so I contacted your office. The gas fitters came promptly and were charming and friendly as always. Advised me immediately, without examining the boiler, that, as it is still under guarantee, I should contact the company as I would not be charged. I did so and the boiler was fixed promptly. However, I feel it is a shame I should be charged the full call-out fee by Safe Gas as your staff were only here a matter of minutes. I feel I could have been advised to consult the guarantee and contact Worcester when I phoned your office, given that I had described the problem and you regularly do the service. Is that reasonable? What do you think? A reduction would have been nice.

I contacted Safe gas on Tuesday in order to have my boiler serviced and Certified. Done two days later, precisely on time of the appointment. Absolutely superb!

Phoned Safe Gas to book a service for my Worcester Bosch boiler, a very efficient lady took my details and after notifying me of the price which I thought was very reasonable she informed me they would be able to do the service same day if preferred. Within two hours of my call it was completed by two competent and professional service engineers.

Friendly, local company really helpful from the first phone call answered by Carla to Paul arriving the next day and repairing our boiler. 20 year old Worcester boiler received a new pump the same day and we were back to having heating straight away. Paul explained everything as he went along and we will definitely plan our new boiler, which was his long term recommendation, with Safe Gas.
