I've been using this water filter for a year now, and it has made such a difference in the quality of my water. The taste is fantastic, and I can tell it’s working wonders – my new kettle has no limescale buildup whatsoever since I started using filtered water. A few week ago, I had an issue with the filter, and Ellen (who I think is the owner) emailed me back straight away and even called me . She was empathetic, responsive, and truly a pleasure to deal with. It’s clear this company values both its customers and product quality, and they genuinely listen to feedback. Water filters have become a fantastic addition to my household. I how have unlimited access to filtered water on demand in comparison to brita filters in the past. Really pleased with the product and how easy was to install it. Highly recommended.

Lovely! It saved me a lot of time on filling up water filter jug everyday. Installation instruction is adequate. Good to come with fitting kit is quite helpful but don't expect it's suitable for all scenarios I need to buy a fitting by myself. It has been used for a month without problem.

Very good filters that finally make my tap water taste delicious. No stationary jug filters can compare with this filter that is mounted directly to the tap.High filtration and, above all, water that no longer has any metallic taste or smell.

Leaky tap was quickly replaced with new one, no issues at all. lovely and very helpful customer service, always replying on time and they know the products. They even rang me to talk me through something when i needed help.

We live in the North and while the water is a little better than the south where im from, we still, are not a fan of drinking it - I have had my filters for a year now and we as a family are super happy with this product and the quality of the water, especially with a toddler - I purchased the V-3E bright water filter with 3 way tap - i must admit it was a bit of a challenge to install - The hole for the main body of the tap is bigger than the standard Tap so your worktop would need modifying (i bought a specific hole cutter from Amazon and did myslef - it was quite tight under my sink too, so i had to remove the entire basin, but between me and my plumber we managed it. There is an instruction guide, and I'm pretty handy on the tools, but i would advise anyone buying this to ask a plumber to install it - The Service from the team is 5 star, exceptional, so helpful and quick to respond and the replacement filters are really easy to install, just make sure you turn off your mains water before you change the filters, or you might end up swimming. Super product super service would highly recommend it.

Bright water filter purchase has surpassed our expectations. I called their customer service and Ellen gave us a full walk-through of the product over the phone and also guided us through it's functioning. We had detailed installation notes from their website and the product delivery was on time. We have been using this product daily and more than happy to provide 5 stars rating as the water quality to drink has genuinely improved after installation of Bright water filter. Thanks to their team for creating such an amazing product.

Great communication with the seller. Love my new tap and feel so much safer with my drinking water now. My little boys has leukemia so it was crucial for me to ensure his drinking water is purified. Definitely recommend.

We ordered Bright Water Filters after a long research. Unluckily we had a technical problem when setting it up, however fortunately we also witnessed a very professional, friendly and quick support from the customer service. I do not mind when there are faulty item or mistakes, since this can happen to anyone but what’s important is how it is resolved and in this it was resolved swiftly. We now have very tasty clean water. Really enjoying the new Tap set as well! Definitely recommended!

Water definitely tastes much better after fitting the filter. The replacement cartridges came quickly & are straight forward to swap over so would definitely recommend this set up. Our only problem is that we do have quite low water pressure here & now we have the split tap it has made our hot water run extremely slowly.

Ellen replied to my issue very quickly and was very helpful throughout the process. The team also takes customer feedback seriously and genuinely tries to improve on their products. Glad to see a business is being run by an owner with genuine care and class.

Got this product back last year only got round to installing it this week in the process of doing so a part got broken i emailed the team with the problem and without a fuss said they will send a replacement free of charge in the post the next day 10/10 marks from me very excited to test the filter system out will update on that, thanks alot guys very happy customer.

Customer service was great. There was a small problem with the tap that was first sent, but a new one was quickly sent and the original one picked up and paid for by the company which was thoughtful!

Any questions I had were resolved extremely quickly. Either on the day I asked or at least by the next day!

The actual product is perfect. Small enough to fit in a sink kitchen unit. Easy enough to fit the filters in, and they last a good amount of time before they need to be changed! Exactly what I want!

Ordered the tap and filters combo set, delivery was great no problems. All installed fine, there was a leak coming from inside the tap and we got in contact with Bright water and they were very helpful and sorted the issue for us quickly, their customer service is 10/10. We have the tap installed and working perfectly, filters too. Love the filtered water feature and the extendable tap which is really helpful, the taps also look lovey. Highly recommend and would suggest contact their customer service if any questions/issues as they were very helpful.
